A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is recruiting to fill the position of: Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Officer. The position is located in Abuja (FCT) and Kano State. Interested candidates must possess a Postgraduate Degree in Sociology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies or a related field, with at least four (4) years relevant experience in the development sector.and applicants should have strong data analysis, research, report writing and knowledge management skills, with proficiency in Excel, Epi-Info, NVivo or AI-enabled reporting tools.
