Job Description


Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
Weld vehicle chassis, frames, body panels, and other metal components using welding techniques.
Assemble and fabricate vehicle parts according to production requirements.
Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Repair defective or damaged vehicle components through welding and fabrication.
Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and metal fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components accurately before welding.
Perform finishing work, including grinding and smoothing welded surfaces.
Maintain welding equipment and report faults or maintenance requirements.
Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
Work closely with the production and assembly teams to achieve daily production targets.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.


Qualifications and Requirements


Certificate, Diploma in Motor Vehicle Welding, Fabrication, or a related field.
Proven experience in automotive welding or vehicle assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
