Purpose of the Job:
To produce high-quality digital content, including video, audio, animations, and graphic materials, that enhance internal and external engagement. The role ensures that multimedia content is aligned with the FSCA brand and communicates messages effectively to stakeholders. The position contributes to the FSCA's strategic objectives by leveraging visual storytelling and digital media to promote transparency, awareness, and trust in the financial sector. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Language Specialist.
Key Performance Areas:
Ability to shoot, edit, and produce professional video, audio, and visual content for campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
Apply video storytelling techniques to produce engaging and effective multimedia content.
Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly).
Create animations and motion graphics using After Effects or similar software, with a sound understanding of animation principles.
Manage and upload content using Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital asset management platforms.
Collaborate with the Communications team to conceptualise and deliver creative content aligned to strategic and brand objectives.
Track, analyse, and report on multimedia content performance using analytics dashboards.
Ensure all multimedia outputs comply with FSCA brand guidelines.
Leverage AI tools, platform-specific optimisation, and rapid prototyping techniques to enhance content delivery.
Contribute to campaign conceptualisation, social media optimisation, and motion graphics development.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent multimedia software will be an added advantage. A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in multimedia production, including videography, photography, graphic design, and animation. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual storytelling and the use of multimedia editing tools.
