Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a NOC Field Engineer based in Lagos. The NOC Field Engineer will actively monitor, maintain, and optimize network operations across Tizeti's infrastructure.
Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting, managing network administration, providing technical support, and overseeing network security to ensure efficient and reliable service.
The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in Network Operations Center (NOC) tasks and principles.
Skilled in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving network issues effectively.
Experience providing Technical Support to internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of Network Security practices and protocols.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
