Qualifications, experience and skills
A recognised academic and professional nursing qualification from a tertiary institution.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar nursing role.
Passion for working with children, combined with compassion and patience.
Strong planning, organisational and administrative abilities.
A calm and confident approach to problem-solving in emergencies.
Excellent communication skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
Ability to deliver presentations and staff training sessions.
Proficient computer skills.
A clear criminal record.
