Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Field Officers to drive offline user acquisition,
onboarding, and activation of the nVault mobile app across key communities in Lagos. The ideal
candidate will serve as the frontline representative of the product, engaging directly with users,
businesses, and community networks to increase adoption and transaction activity.
Key Responsibilities
Drive user acquisition and onboarding in target locations
Assist users with app download, registration, and first transactions
Conduct on-ground activations in markets, transport hubs, campuses, and business areas
Build trust and relationships within local communities
Identify and onboard agent partners such as POS operators and phone shop owners
Collaborate with campus ambassadors on student onboarding campaigns
Provide regular field reports, market insights, and user feedback
Requirements
HND/BSC in any discipline
1 - 4 years' experience in sales, marketing, field operations, or customer acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to engage and influence customers face-to-face
Self-motivated and comfortable working in outdoor, high-traffic environments
Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital financial services
