Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator / Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and customer engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist clients with basic support requests and issue escalation
Track invoices and follow up on customer payments
Maintain organized customer and office records
Prepare daily activity reports and operational updates
Coordinate office schedules and administrative activities
Support social media and online business activities
Assist with general administrative and operational duties
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc qualification
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will have an advantage: web hosting, domain management, customer support tools, social media management, Canva, basic website management, or Excel/Google Sheets.
Compensation
