Job Summary
This position is responsible for making sure that the office environment is conducive for both staff and customers at all-times.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Daily cleaning of the office premises
Daily cleaning of the office furniture's including File cabinet, Tables and chairs
Constant cleaning of Toilet
Periodic cleaning of swivel chairs leg with oil (weekly)
Weekly cleaning of office Equipment i.e. Air conditioners, Television and Fans
Weekly washing of Water dispenser
Constant maintenance of Lunch room (Kitchen)
Procurement of Lunch for all staff between 1pm and 3pm daily
General office assistance.
Perform other duties as assigned by HR/ Admin.

Neatness of the general office environment
Ability to follow instructions
Internal customer satisfaction.
Objective:
Ensuring that all Equipment, Furniture/fittings, electrical appliances are neat, functional and well arranged.
Requirements
