Job Summary
Electronic circuit Board and components reading,interpretation and repairs.
Ensuring that products are repaired according to laid down company procedures.
Objective (s)
To diagnosis and repair all faulty company products.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Repair of inverter board, AVR and other electrical/electronic devices up to PCB level using soldering machine.
Electronic Board reading and interpretation
Attend to all complaints relating to technical faults on all the products.
Receive incoming defective products from RMA officer.
Diagnose the product to confirm the fault and proffer solutions.
Clarify with the customer, if necessary, the fault to confirm the product faults before repairs.
Carry out the repairs of the defective product based on the diagnosis and other discovered problems.
Perform other function assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/NABTEB or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
2-4 years of relevant and progressive experience.
Good business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
Strong business ethics.
