Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Office Administration (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate in Business Administration (Essential/Minimum)
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Recommended/Desirable)
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing administrative, coordination, research, and analysis tasks in a corporate environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration within a team and organization-wide
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in budget management including tracking expenses and processing invoices
Knowledge of compliance processes and statutory regulations related to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and data protection laws
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives
Strong planning, organising, and integration skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient office environment.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Manage and monitor the team's budget, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reporting to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal processes, maintaining document control systems.
Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and special projects, managing logistics and necessary resources.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries, and accompany team members when required.
Maintain and secure important documents, ensuring confidentiality and version control.
Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with various departments to achieve organisational goals.
