We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oncologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree in Internal Medicine or an equivalent qualification such as MRCP, followed by subspecialty training in Oncology. The role requires strong experience in managing solid tumors, delivering patient-centered care, and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with solid tumors.
Develop personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care.
Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient management.
Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
Monitor patient progress, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Provide compassionate patient education and counseling regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and adhere to medical ethics and regulatory standards.
Contribute to training, continuous medical education, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Engage in clinical research or academic activities where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience
Master's degree in Internal Medicine or equivalent (e.g., MRCP).
Subspecialty training in Oncology from a recognized institution.
Proven clinical experience with solid tumors.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
