Welcome and greet visitors and clients in friendly and proffessional manner
Queue patients using the Electronic Medical Records System.
Answer and direct phonecalls to appropriate individuals
Recieve, sought and distribute mails
Maintain a clean organised reception
Assist with other administrative duties
Schedulled appointments and meetings for managmen
Manage enquiries and provide information about the organisation services.
Respond to patients inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
Handle order processing, confirmations, and customer follow-ups.
Address complaints and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of patients interactions and feedback.
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Support customer retention through positive service experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline
Computer literacy
Previous experience in customer service or client relations is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
