MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant qualification in Operations, Food Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or similar
Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in food processing / manufacturing / FMCG
Strong experience in:
Production planning & operations
Supply chain and procurement
Quality control systems
Financial and cost management
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
KEY FOCUS AREAS
Full responsibility for production and processing operations
Overseeing procurement, inventory, and supply chain efficiency
Driving quality assurance and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
Managing financial performance, budgets, and cost control
Leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
