Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to serve as the engine behind our thriving online brand.
In this role, you will oversee the entire backend of our retail business—from product sourcing and inventory control to warehouse coordination and last-mile delivery.
Your mission is to build a scalable, efficient infrastructure that ensures every customer receives their order accurately and on time while maintaining high profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics, including third -party logistics providers, shipping carriers, and packaging vendors.
Oversee stock levels across all SKUs, set reorder points, implement predictive forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Optimize fulfillment workflows to increase speed and accuracy while reducing the "cost per order".
Collaborate with IT and Marketing to ensure the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify) runs smoothly, managing product listings and troubleshooting technical issues.
Partner with the customer support team to resolve escalations and streamline the returns/refunds process to boost Net promoter score.
Track and report on key operational KPIs, including Order accuracy rate, On-time Delivery, and Inventory Turnover.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3 -5 years of experience in e-commerce or FMCG operations, with a proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems, ERPs, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
Expert-level data analysis, project management, and the ability to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience managing global shipping and cross-border logistics.
Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is an added advantage.
