We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments while maintaining excellent guest service standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
Ensure coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Maintenance
Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction
Handle operational issues and guest complaints
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations
Monitor staff performance, productivity, and manpower requirements
Prepare operational reports and management updates
Support revenue growth and efficient resource utilization
Lead operational meetings and staff briefings
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in hotel operations management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
Knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards
