Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Supervise administrative staff, site personnel, and contractors.
Coordinate construction, maintenance, and facility management activities.
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
Monitor budgets and control operational costs.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory where necessary.
Ensure excellent service delivery across all company operations

Ability to prepare reports, maintain project records, and coordinate communication between the office and project sites.
Knowledge of health, safety, and operational standards applicable to construction and estate management projects.
