Job Purpose
The Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free execution of the daily order fulfilment process — from picking and packing to dispatching orders to customers within and outside Eldoret. This role involves route planning, rider coordination, quality control, and accurate documentation to guarantee timely and correct deliveries.

Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1+ years' experience in order fulfilment, dispatch, or last-mile delivery operations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in route planning software and basic MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
We offer a flat rate of 25k net salary as per the budget, for the role and whoever is interested should be a resident of Eldoret or someone who is looking to move to there by January after undergoing training. The office is yet to open and we need someone with a strong mindset and a critical thinker to offer seamless order fulfilment operational duties.
