Operations Personnel

Location: Bwari, Abuja (or close commute to Bwari) Salary: ₦150,000 - 200,000/month Reports to: Founder/CEO About the role Kiyoko Foods is a fast-growing agribusiness and chocolate manufacturing company (Love Bite, Kiyoko). We're hiring a hands-on Operations Officer to coordinate production, inventory, procurement, fulfilment/logistics and staff supervision as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily production activities and ensure schedules are met Monitor and manage inventory and raw material stock levels Handle procurement — sourcing, ordering, vendor follow-up Oversee fulfilment and logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Supervise production/warehouse staff and support day-to-day team management Maintain and enforce SOPs for quality and compliance Identify and escalate operational issues early Provide regular reports on production, inventory and logistics performance to the CEO Requirements Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or production-coordination role Comfortable with inventory tracking, procurement processes, and recordkeeping Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision Must reside in or be able to commute reliably to Bwari, Abuja Experience in a manufacturing/production or FMCG environment is an advantage
