The Glover Specialist will be responsible for leading and supervising Glovo Couriers as they conduct day-to-day operations, managing the Couriers, and ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational functions.

THE JOURNEY


Provide support to different stakeholders with administrative tasks.
Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of Couriers. Ensure support, documentation, and readiness for brand delivery.
Optimize acquisition (growth), retention, and performance for Couriers. Evaluate and improve processes for organizational efficiency.
Maintenance and analysis of operational metrics and information to aid in the basic decision-making process of supply chain operational needs, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning the flow
Facilitate communication with the Operations Manager on support processes. Aim for high service levels and courier satisfaction.
Advise on financial well-being and monitor regulatory compliance. Manage insurance policies and ensure safety protocols.
Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the city. Optimize delivery times and Courier earnings.
