Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in monitoring staff performance and compliance with company policies.
Support logistics, inventory tracking, and resource allocation.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Handle basic client or vendor inquiries and escalate when necessary.
Ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards.
Requirements
Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree in any related field.
1 - 2 years experience in an operations or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.
