Minimum of 5 years\' experience in Fresh Food Retail, Supermarket Operations, or FMCG environment.
Proven experience managing Produce, Butchery, Fish, Dairy, Deli, or related Fresh Food categories.
Previous supervisory or departmental management experience required.
