Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed lesson plans and learning activities aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
Deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons that utilize innovative methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Integrate digital tools and instructional resources to enhance classroom delivery and student participation.
Conduct continuous formative and summative assessments to track and document learner progress across various competencies.
Establish a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that promotes CBC core values and positive behavior.
Identify students requiring special intervention and collaborate with school leadership and parents to support their needs.
Maintain professional documentation and participate in workshops and continuous professional development (CPD) programs.
Support holistic student development through active participation in co-curricular activities, projects, and mentorship.
Requirements
P1 Certificate / Diploma in Education (mandatory).
Valid TSC registration/license (mandatory).
OCBC training certification (mandatory).
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in CBC curriculum implementation will be an added advantage.
Passion for teaching and learner development.
