Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and personal assistant support to management.
Monitor projects, track deadlines, maintain action logs. and follow up on deliverables.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence. -Manage company social media and digital communication channels
Support content creation for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and marketing materials.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in planning events, meetings, training, and company activities.
Maintain organized filing and documentation systems. -Handle basic client and customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented.
Digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
