A diversified group of companies is seeking a highly responsible, resourceful, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to the Group Chairman. This is a high-trust executive support role requiring strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage complex priorities with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has a technology background and is comfortable supporting executive decision-making through digital tools, research, coordination, and problem-solving.

This role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, discreet, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.

Role Objective

To provide strategic executive support to the Group Chairman by managing schedules, coordinating priorities, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support


Manage the Chairman's calendar, travel plans, and meeting coordination
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and executive summaries
Screen communications and prioritize requests
Track key tasks, commitments, and deadlines on behalf of the Chairman
Maintain strict confidentiality across all matters


Technology & Digital Support


Support the Chairman in using digital tools, platforms, and productivity systems
Conduct online research and compile structured reports
Organize digital files, dashboards, and tracking systems
Assist with virtual meetings, presentations, and technical setup
Identify technology solutions that improve executive productivity


Coordination & Follow-Through


Follow up with senior managers and external stakeholders on assignments
Coordinate cross-company initiatives led by the Chairman
Track strategic priorities and ensure timely execution
Assist in preparing materials for board and executive meetings


Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness


Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
Source information, vendors, or solutions quickly when required
Manage urgent requests and shifting priorities effectively
Support special projects and executive initiatives


Documentation & Reporting


Maintain organized records of executive decisions and communications
Prepare periodic updates on assigned tasks and projects
Document workflows and systems introduced for executive support


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive support, technology coordination, or digital administration
Strong technology proficiency and comfort with digital tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong research and problem-solving ability
High level of responsibility and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel
High level of discretion and professionalism
