Requirements Minimum of SSCE; higher qualifications are an advantage. 1-2 years of relevant pastry-making experience. Good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques and presentation. Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
