Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel assigned to you.
Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure adherence to protocols and standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, operational activities, and personnel performance.
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing security personnel.
Respond to emergency situations and provide direction to personnel during crises.
Collaborate with management to create and refine security protocols and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patrol routes and security measures, making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years experience.
Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with staff.
Ability to assess and respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Knowledge of security technology and equipment, including surveillance systems.
Proven Integrity and discipline
Proficiency in incident reporting and records management software.
Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
Ability to source potential clients for the company.
