Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (CHRP) or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
Membership with IHRM Kenya will be an added advantage.
At least three (3) years' progressive experience in Human Resources.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Working knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act and other relevant labour legislation.
Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
