DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management- Implemented or managed review systems; familiar with KPIs or balanced scorecards.
Goal Setting & Tracking- Comfortable with departmental scorecards or project tracking tools.
Program & Project Management- Coordinated strategic projects ensuring timely delivery.
HR Business Partnership- Advised business heads on performance or capability building.
Analytical Thinking- Interprets performance data; prepares dashboards or summaries.
Stakeholder Management- Worked with senior leadership; mature communicator.
Change Enablement- Rolled out new systems with departmental buy-in.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
8 - 12 years of progressive HR or strategy experience
3 - 5 years of hands-on exposure to performance management or coordination
Proven cross-functional collaboration with senior management
Experience implementing systems from scratch
Exposure to growth-phase organizations
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development
MBA / MSc HRM or IHRM - K / CHRP - K certification preferred
Additional certifications in OKRs, Performance Management, or PMP are advantageous
HR / Performance: BrighterMonday HR, SeamlessHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors
Project Tools: Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp
Data Tools: Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, Power BI
