Key Responsibilities.
Manage the C.O.O's schedule, communication, and correspondence including emails, calls, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring efficient time management and smooth daily operations.
Draft, edit, and prepare professional documents and reports such as proposals, letters, presentations, and internal communications for review and approval.
Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and company engagements, ensuring all logistics, materials, and briefings are well-prepared.
Take accurate meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on key deliverables to ensure timely execution of decisions and projects.
Serve as a liaison between the C.O.O, staff, management, and external partners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
Handle confidential information and office administration duties with discretion, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of maturity, professionalism, flexible, self-driven, and adaptable to changing circumstances and discretion.
