Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and events.
Prioritize and complete tasks on behalf of the executive.
Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years working experience as a personal assistant(Required)
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Candidate must reside in or around Magodo Shangisha, as proximity is key.
