Key Responsibilities.
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes
Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the executive
Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare and reconcile expense claims and simple expense reports
Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and electronic filing systems
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups arising from meetings
Coordinate communication between the executive and internal departments
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support the preparation of documents for approvals and signatures
Manage office supplies and raise purchase requests when necessary
Assist with basic HR and administrative coordination where required
Run official and personal errands as assigned
Ensure smooth daily operations of the executive office
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an added advantage
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
