Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the MD's office operates efficiently, with a high level of confidentiality, organisation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, calendar events, and executive travel
Manage diaries, emails, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency
Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and reporting
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD
Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements
5-10 years' experience in a similar PA/Executive Assistant role, ideally in a corporate setting.
Proven ability to plan and schedule meetings, calendar events, and manage diaries effectively.
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work extra hours when required, including occasional evenings or weekends
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Afrikaans advantageous
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Discreet, proactive, and professional demeanor
