Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Specialist to develop, manage, and deliver accurate and insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and generate complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and anomalies
Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, PivotTables, and VBA where applicable
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver timely reports
Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards
Job Requirements
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in a similar reporting or data analysis role.
Advanced ability to generate complex Excel reports (e.g., formulas, macros, Power Query)
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate/advanced), other platforms or reporting tools a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to present findings clearly
