Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
4-6 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Experience supporting programmes within public health, development, or NGO sectors is an advantage
Proven experience in conducting research and preparing professional reports.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and summaries for programme and executive use
Support coordination with government agencies, NGOs, and implementing partners
Arrange and manage local and international travel (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
Manage both professional and limited personal scheduling where necessary
