The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Operations: Manage the company's capex list and coordination with corporate office. coordinate meetings, take minutes, and handle office errands.
Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and deliver events from planning through execution, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and on-site operations to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Relevant qualification (Diploma/Degree) in Administration or Management is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
