Responsibilities


Manage and oversee the CEO's non-business/personal and family calendar
Manage the planning of high-profile personal meetings, events and gatherings ensuring a flawless experience for all attendees
Oversee all personal staff under the CEO's employment (chef, housekeepers, laundry, drivers, security team) and liaise with the residential facility manager.
Maintain daily inventory status reports of household supplies, groceries, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
Car fleet management, Admin and finance tasks.


Requirements


Minimum of 5 years' experience having worked/working in some of the leading hotels in Nigeria, in mid to senior management/support levels. Humble, Hardworking, and very well-mannered characters are essential to this role.
The Role may once in a while require working on weekend or on public holidays for coordination of events.
