About the Role


We are looking for a qualified and proactive Superintendent Pharmacist & Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across our operations.
This role is suited for a pharmacist who is comfortable working across production, quality, and regulatory functions, and can ensure that all company products and processes meet required standards at all times.


Key Responsibilities


Serve as the point of contact between the company and regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC, Standards Organisation of Nigeria, and Pharmacists Council of Nigeria
Provide guidance on products, including dosage, side effects, and proper storage
Supervise the production and preparation of veterinary products before distribution
Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
Manage registration of new products across Food, Feed, and Veterinary categories
Track product approvals and ensure timely renewal of expired registrations
Review Production and Quality Control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
Ensure warehouse operations comply with Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
Work with management to support contingency plans for regulatory compliance risks
Communicate regulatory updates and ensure internal alignment
Identify compliance gaps and support corrective actions
Maintain proper documentation of regulatory reports, complaints, and investigations
Organize training sessions on regulatory requirements and updates
Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with 4 - 5 years' relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, veterinary, or regulated manufacturing environment
Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria
Practical exposure to regulatory processes (especially NAFDAC) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work across teams and manage compliance responsibilities effectively
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, veterinary products, or FMCG is an advantage, particularly for candidates seeking broader exposure across production and regulatory operations.


Location Requirement:


Applicants must reside within or around the Mowe - Ibafo axis (Obafemi Owode area) or be willing to relocate within a short time.
