Role Overview:
We are recruiting 3 Pharmacy Sales Representatives to support expansion within the retail pharmacy channel. The successful candidates will be responsible for onboarding retail pharmacies, driving product visibility, executing marketing plans, and building strong trade relationships.
This role requires a proactive, field-oriented sales professional capable of maintaining high daily visit targets while strengthening brand presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Pharmacy Onboarding & Relationship Management
Identify and onboard new retail pharmacies within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and attendants.
Ensure proper product listing and availability across outlets.
Sales Execution & Territory Management
Conduct daily field visits to 10 - 15 retail pharmacies as per assigned route plan.
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Provide regular feedback on competitor activity and market trends.
Marketing Plan Execution
Execute approved marketing and promotional campaigns in retail pharmacies.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in-store.
Support product launches and promotional activations.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Submit daily and weekly field activity reports.
Track sales performance against targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and territory data.
Compliance & Brand Representation
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Represent the company professionally at all times in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Pharmaceutical Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior experience handling retail pharmacy accounts is highly preferred.
Proven ability to meet field visit and sales targets.
