Key Responsibilities


Develop, update, and analyze project schedules (Levels 1 - 4) from engineering through construction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and ensure timely transmission to project stakeholders.
Monitor progress measurement, S‑curves, critical path, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Support invoicing through accurate progress documentation and milestone tracking.
Interface with project teams to ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and document control.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project schedules, forecasts, and control reports.
Provide planning input to project execution and control procedures.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years' planning / scheduling experience, preferably in EPC or oil & gas projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Solid knowledge of EPC project lifecycle, progress measurement, CPM, and reporting techniques.
PMP certification is an advantage.
