Property Portfolio Consultant Vacancy
Position: Property Portfolio Consultant x5
Location: Vaal Triangle


Key Responsibilities:


Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial investor accounts
Client relationship management, lease renewals, and arrears management
Monthly portfolio performance reporting and property inspections
Identify upsell and acquisition opportunities in Sasolburg/Vaal area


Remuneration & Benefits:


Competitive Salary: R18,000 - R28,000 basic per month, negotiable based on experience
Medical Aid: 50% company contribution
Housing Allowance: R7,000 per month
Car/Travel Allowance: R5,500 per month
Cellphone/Data Allowance: R800 per month
Performance Bonus: Quarterly portfolio growth bonus


Minimum Requirements:


Good credit record - Credit check will be conducted
Up-to-date work experience
Valid Driver's License
Tertiary Education is an advantage
