Reports to Senior Organisational Development Practitioner
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
National Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Code EB Driving License
02 years' relevant experience in local government organisational design environment.
Registration with relevant professional body
Key Performance Areas:
Coordinates inputs into the sub-section's Strategic Plan.
Executes task relating to organisational design, job analysis and review.
Executes the processes of Job Description writing, job evaluation and grading of the municipality.
Contributes to the effective and efficient financial and asset management practices pertaining to section.
Coordinates administrative and reporting requirements associated with Organisational Design, Job Grading and Evaluation of the positions.
Coordinates stakeholder management and communications process.
