JOB PURPOSE:


To support Pharmacy efficiency by ensuring 100% fill rate.
To manage optimal Pharmaceutical inventory levels.
Plan the procure-to-pay processes for Pharmaceuticals in conjunction with Payables accountant.
Cost management through implementation of procurement policies. • Team work with procurement team..
Assist the procurement manager drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Work closely with Pharmaceutical and inventory teams to support service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in supplier prequalification and tendering processes.


ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS


Relevant professional membership to KISM OR CIPS/PPB certification.
Professional supply chain qualification is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Procurement & Logistics and at least Pharmaceutical technologist certification.
Minimum 4 years' experience in procurement, of which 2 years should be in healthcare or Pharmaceutical setting.
