RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely Sourcing of items for production & other uses.
Oversee Purchasing planning & forecasting.
Drive savings through Cost Negotiation and budgeting plans.
Order processing & tracking
Compliance & documentation.
Develop strategic plans to increase efficiency.
Supplier relationship & internal vendor management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Procurement and supply chain management,Business Administration or related qualification.
2+ years work experience in supervisory or mid-level managerial prefarably in a hospitality set up.
Proven experience in sourcing. Certification in purchasing suppliers is an added advantage
