Job Summary
The Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing media productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Manage content creation from concept development to final delivery.
Coordinate with directors, writers, editors, and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with production standards and brand guidelines.
Supervise pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
Source and manage talents, crew, and production resources.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure content aligns with audience expectations and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, or related field.
3 - 5 years' experience in media production or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of production processes (TV, film, digital content).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong creative vision and storytelling ability.
