Production Machine Operator at Majeurs

Job Summary


Majeurs is seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lekki, Lagos.
This role involves operating a range of modern production equipment including CNC machines, edge banding systems, panel saws, drilling machines, and heat press machines within a structured and safety-focused production environment.
We are looking for a practical, hands-on individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing setup where precision, quality, and efficiency are key.


Key Responsibilities


Operate CNC and other production machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing tasks
Handle edge banding, panel cutting, drilling, and heat press operations
Follow technical drawings, job sheets, and production instructions
Set up and adjust machines based on job requirements
Perform basic machine checks and support routine maintenance
Ensure all output meets required quality standards
Maintain production records and machine logs
Work with team members to meet daily production targets
Adhere strictly to safety procedures and factory standards.


Requirements


Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in a relevant field
1 - 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Experience operating production machinery is an advantage
Ability to read and follow technical instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
