Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 58 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production, and proven supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in food processing, agricultural processing, or a similar industrial environment is highly desirable.
