The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in assembly line setup, lean manufacturing, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic shop floor. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile Engineering with 8 - 15 years of experience in assembly shop or manufacturing plant, preferably in automotive, EVs, or heavy equipment industries.
