Role Overview


The Production & Sales Associate plays a dual role supporting both production coordination and revenue generation through e-commerce and retail sales channels.
This role requires a proactive, organized, and commercially minded individual who can manage customer orders from inquiry through delivery while ensuring operational excellence in production processes.
The position is hybrid, combining on-site production oversight and retail engagement with remote sales follow-up and digital customer management.


Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination:


Manage and oversee assigned production orders from initiation to delivery
Liaise with tailors, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely execution
Ensure accuracy in sizing, fabric selection, order specifications, and quality control
Monitor production timelines and proactively address delays
Coordinate bulk production orders with efficiency and minimal error
Maintain accurate production documentation and order tracking.


Sales & Revenue Generation (Retail & E-commerce):


Drive sales through in-store, online, and direct customer engagement
Initiate and close sales transactions through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other digital channels
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into completed sales
Upsell and increase order value through product recommendations and add-ons
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Support customer relationship management and repeat business development.

Ensure production orders are delivered on time and without preventable errors
Demonstrate strong customer service and conversion capability

Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.


Work Structure:


Hybrid role (combination of on-site production/retail presence and remote sales follow-up)
Flexibility may be required during peak retail seasons, campaigns, or pop-up events.


Compensation Structure


Competitive base compensation
Sales commissions on successfully initiated and closed sales
Additional commission on verified upsell transactions
Performance-based bonuses tied to bulk production efficiency and successful delivery
