Role Overview
The Social Media & Sales Associate is responsible for driving online visibility, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic social media management and direct digital sales conversion.
This role is heavily focused on e-commerce performance, customer engagement, and measurable sales outcomes.
The position is hybrid, combining remote content management and digital engagement with periodic in-store presence for content creation and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram and other platforms
Manage direct messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Support campaign launches, product drops, and promotional activities
Track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with production and retail teams to showcase products effectively.
Digital Sales & Conversion:
Convert social media inquiries into confirmed sales
Follow up on leads and abandoned carts
Upsell and recommend additional products to increase order value
Manage online order processing and ensure smooth customer experience
Maintain clear documentation of conversations, quotes, invoices, and payment confirmations
Support customer retention through proactive communication.
Performance Expectations:
Achieve monthly online sales targets
Increase engagement-to-sales conversion rate
Drive growth in online community and customer base
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity
Demonstrate initiative in revenue generation.
Work Structure:
