What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
3 - 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (food industry experience is an added advantage)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Comfortable using production management software and reporting tools
